Further to my letter of the 8th November, 1989, and your reply of the 6th December, I have now received a further letter from Mr David Buckley, and I enclose a copy for your information.
I would be most grateful for your comments on Mr Buckley's query about expatriates wives who are not British Citizens, and the specific details in the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Bill designed to give confidence to people to remain.
