(3) The points to be allocated to an applicant for professional or vocational qualifications shall -
(a)
(b)
in the case of an applicant in a specified occupational group (except the group specified in paragraph 14 of Annex 1 ("health associate professionals")) be the points indicated opposite the highest qualification attained by the applicant listed in Annex 4 opposite that occupational group; and
in the case of an applicant in the health associate professionals occupational group or an applicant in an approved occupation, be such as the Governor may determine in the particular circumstances of the
case.
(4)
Under paragraph (3) points shall only be allocated in respect of a professional or vocational qualification if the
Governor is satisfied that -
(a) in the case of an applicant in a specified occupation, that the applicant's qualification is related to the occupational group in which he applied; and
(b)
in the case of an applicant in an approved occupation, that the applicant's qualification is related to that
approved occupation.
