Entrepreneurs Class
The EC offers up to 500 places for well known and respected entrepreneurs who are responsible for large-scale investment and employment in Hong Kong and whose departure could undermine confidence in Hong Kong.

The Steering Committee will evaluate the applications and submit a report on each to the Governor, who will decide whether to recommend the person for registration. In making his recommendations, the Governor will have regard to the scale and nature of the business undertaking for which he is responsible and whether his departure would undermine confidence in Kong Kong. The normal good character requirements and arrangements for confirmation of continued eligibility will apply.
