WHO WILL BE ELIGIBLE?
- Any BDTC or BN (0) living in Hong Kong who is in one of the relevant occupational categories will
be eligible to apply .
- So will Certificate of Identity holders who have applied for BDTC status by the time the Bill is
passed, British Overseas Citizens, British
Protected Persons and British Subjects who have no
conditions on their stay in Hong Kong.
