Mr Yaxley telephoned today to add the following points to those raised at Mr Maude's meeting this morning:
1.
Hong Kong and the Home Office are working separately to prepare briefing in the form of questions and answers;
the Hong Kong members of the drafting team will brief Labour MPs on Wednesday 18 April (the day before the Second Reading) at 12.30 and the Anglo-Hong Kong Parliamentary Group at 1800.
