Average processing time for each case is 32 minutes of Clerk/DP time, 22 minutes of EO time and 11 minutes of SEO time - this is part D of Annex B of Mr Bishop's minute of 16 March 1990 to Mr Stadlen, adjusted on the assumption that only 5% of cases need further enquiries.
Number of cases to be received is 43,000.
The time available to process 43,000 cases is 2 years, ie 415 (say) per week.
