29. Under Clause 3(3) the Governor is required to reimburse to
the Secretary of State expenditure incurred by him in exercising
his functions under the Bill, the amount to be determined by the
Secretary of State. Expenditure on the UK team in Hong Kong will
thus be recovered, the proceeds going into the Consolidated Fund.
