Recognise that the most valuable age band may be

different ful different occupations. Generally, the

professions would have a slightly older age band,

Then why not have different

different prime age bands for

different occupations?

There arc many occupations included in the Scheme.

Adopting different prime age bands for each

occupation could give rise to hundreds of marking

schemes and this will be confusing to the public.

Better to have a common prime age band applicable to

all occupations, and where necessary to make fine

tuning adjustments
