Terms of Reference
To advise the Governor on all matter referred to it related to the implementation of the UK Nationality Package.

Specifically to advise the Governor on the operation of points system under the UK Nationality Scheme, with particular reference to:
the
(a) the award of points under the "special circumstances"
criterion;
(b)
(၁)
[Note:
the award of points under "public and community
service" criterion; and
how to deal with applications in an occupational group scoring identical points at the qualifying level for that group.
The Terms of Reference do not include any matter
relating to the Sensitive Service Scheme, or to the
security/personality clearance
