that the British Government will offer no priority to employees of British companies in Hong Kong unlike the French Government which has already offered French passports to the employees of French companies in Hong Kong. It seems to us that this policy is fundamentally against the British national interests, allowing precious skills to benefit other countries with different immigration policies.
