We agree
that
HKID will ascertain
the period of
residence in the UK at the end of the five year period, but suggest that the way of doing this, e.g. using computerised immigration records be left out.

We will also check with ICAC measures that would be useful in minimising the risks of corruption and will revert
you as soon as possible.
