TELEGRAMS FROM HONG KONG ON "BN(0) PASSPORT'

At the beginning of each month Hong Kong send a telegram on the number of passports issued in the previous month. They refer back to telno 2102 of 4 August 1987.
2. I should be grateful if tels on this subject could be given the following distribution:
