1. We have been lobbying our friends and partners in the international community to come up with schemes similar in scope to our own nationality package. The Luxembourg visa scheme described in the attached telegram is the type of support we were hoping for. Obviously, given the limited commercial interest Luxembourg has in
Hong Kong, it is unlikly that the numbers involved will be great (somewhere between 8-15 employees), but it will help.
