Mr Williams asked whether other departments responsible for DTS regularly presented new coinage issues to their Legal Advisers for
approval. Mr Waterworth said that he did not recall ever having received such an approach from WIAD. However, Dr Harkin observed
that FID presented most issues to their Legal Advisers as a matter
of course.

the Boyd Report which had now been published.
