Dutch are very aware of the concern about the exodus of talented
people from Hong Kong. Our nationality package is designed to help
stem this outflow.

Impact of our package would be greatly enhanced if other countries
followed our lead and took measures with a similar aim, no matter
how limited.
Appreciate that the Netherland's Government foresee legal
difficulties but we are taking unique action to deal with the unique circumstances that apply to Hong Kong.
Hope the Netherlands will do all it can to help.
