Interference with correspondence of mental patients by Medical Superintendents.
Discrimination against illegitimate persons and children in their right of succession of properties and pension for widows and orphans ir the civil service.
Discriminatior by not giving the mother the richt to give consent for the marriage of her children under the age of 21.

and/or freedom of expression [BOR 16). Legal advice is being sought on
restricting the power conferred on Medical Superintendents under the Mental Health Regulations.
