(e)
travel expenses and allowances of persons.
If during the execution of the request it becomes apparent that expenses of an extraordinary nature are required to fulfil the request, the Parties shall consult to determine the terms and conditions under which the execution of the request may continue.
ARTICLE 13
CONSULTATION
The Parties shall consult promptly, at the request of either, concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement either generally Cr in relation to a particular case.
ARTICLE 14
1.
This Agreement shall apply to a request pursuant to it whether or not the drug trafficking to which the request relates occurred prior to the Agreement entering into force.

This Agreement shall enter into force 30 days after the dace of signature] [on which the governments have notified each other in writing that their respective requirements for the entry into force of the Agreement have been complied with, and shall remain in force for 3 years from that date. Thereafter the Agreement shall remain in force for further successive periods of one year provided that both Parties have agreed no less than 180 days before the end of the initial period. and each current one year period, to extend it for a further year.

Eicher Party may terminate this Agreement at any written notice to the Central
time by giving 180 davs' Authority of the other.
