CONSULTATION
1. The Parties shall consult promptly, at the request of either, concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement either generally or in relation to a particular case.
2. The Central Authorities of the Parties shall also consult, at the request of either, to enable the most effective use of this
Agreement.
