Her Britannic Majesty's Embassy present their compliments to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and have the honour to request their assistance with the following matter.
The British Embassy enclose a Writ of Summons and Acknowledgement of Service, with translation, for service upon the China National Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Corporation, plus one copy.
The British Embassy would be grateful if the Consular Department would arrange for the said Writ of Summons to be served by the competent authorities on the China National Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Corporation and the original set of documents returned to the British Embassy with the Form of Acknowledgement of" Service duly completed and signed. The British Embassy should also be grateful if the competent authorities could unite with the original set of documents a certificate confirming that the Write was served on the China National Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Corporation in the manner prescribed by local law.
Her Britannic Majesty's Embassy avail themselves of this opportunity to renew to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China the assurance of their highest consideration.
