category of any one country's passports would be singled out for 'treatment'; nothing would be more likely to drive out of Hong Kong any foreign passport-holding Chinese. As I say, I think the PRC reaction is a little more than a blatant attempt to influence the House of Commons vote at this time, and should be disregarded accordingly.
