(d) The Government of the People's Republic of China
should look after the interests of the Hong Kong
SAR authorities in all dealings with the IFRB,
including the registration of frequencies,
raising comments on proposed assignments, seeking
assistance in eliminating interference,
etc., in
the same way as the Government of the United
Kingdom at present acts on behalf of Hong Kong.
(e) The
Government of the Hong Kong SAR should be
authorised to choose and control its Own
Recognised
Private
Operating
Agencies and the
Government of the People's Republic of China
should confirm to the ITU that these agencies are
Recognised Private
Kong, China.

(£) Hong Kong should continue to receive directly
from ITU the
administrations
CCIR/CCITT
publications purchasable
by
(e.g. Administrative Regulations,
Recommendations
and
Reports,
International Frequency Lists, Final Acts of
Administrative Conferences, etc.) and circulars
sent to administrations (e.g. ITU Bulletins, CCIR
Administration Circulars, etc.). The People's
Republic of China should send
