These costs are approximate as most of the projects have not advanced past the preliminary design stage. Also allowance for contingencies has been excluded at this stage. With regard to the Airport Railway, it should be noted that this has been excluded at present, as a study is currently in hand to review the scope and target commissioning date of this project.
