Airport Development Steering Committee (ADSCOM)
Terms of Reference
To review the general progress of the replacement airport project and associated works, including the transport infrastructure.
To seek to resolve major conflicts and problems referred to it by the Financial and Institutional Co-ordinating Committee (FINSCOM), the New Airport Works Committee (NAWC), or by any concerned Policy Secretary.
