6.4 The information required for law enforcement/

investigational clearances is as follows:

name(s) of all those who wish to visit the island;

their agency;

the nature of their enquiries/investigations;

the proposed dates of their visit;

details of any vessel or aircraft they may use in connection with their visit(if they are to travel by other than commercial air service), or which may

be involved in their investigations;

Where more than one agency is involved in a particular

investigation, a single coordinated request for clearance

should be agreed by the parties concerned.

6.6

Agreement by the Attorney General, Police Commissioner

or other high ranking official of a Dependent Territory does

not constitute authorisation for a visit. This can only

OTHER OFFICIAL VISITS

7.1 Duty visits by US Federal, State or local government employees for purposes other than those specified above must
