Sir Jeffrey commented that the British Government did not seem to pay sufficient attention to the importance of generating invisible exports; but he agreed with the PUS that attracting the EBRD to London should give a boost to the City.

It was left that Sir Jeffrey's staff would let us know when items would be discussed by the Working Party which might be of interest to the FCO.
