Hong Kong Department have passed on to us a copy of your letter of 12 'November to Rosalind Marsden about a letter from the Green Party in Marseilles.

I enclose a copy of our standard letter to those writing in complaining about the UK's decision last January to exempt Hong Kong from the world trade ban in ivory and a background note (for your information only) on the African elephant and ivory. The Green Party are several months behind the times!
