MPS QUESTIONS ON DISCLOSURE OF COMMERCIAL INFORMATION
We sent Hong Kong your advice on Parliamentary Questions numbers 1722 and 1725 asking for their comments. This has now been received, together with a copy of the legislation. Copies of the questions are also attached.
2. If possible, I would like to stick with Hong Kong's line that we should not disclose: the information is not open to the public in Hong Kong; the enquiry has nothing to do with the control measure for which the information was gathered; disclosure could be of commercial benefit to others.

As our last day to reply is on Wednesday 25 April, grateful for your advice on Tuesday 24 April.
