Amend the Animals and Plants (Protection of Endangered Species)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1.
short title and commencement
(2.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Animals and Plants (Protection of Endangered Species) (Amendment) ordinance 1990.
(2) Thas Ordinance shall come into operation on 17 July 1990.

Issue and renewal of licences
Section 7(1) of the Animals and Plants (Protection of Endangered Species) Ordinance (Cap. 187) is amended by repealing "The Dizactor" and substituting "Subject to section 78, the Director".

Restriction on Director's licensing power in respect of certain species
