Issue and renewal of licences
7. (1) The Director may, on application made to hing in the specified form and on payment of the fee prescribed in the Fourth Schedel, issne a licence to import, export or possess schedulee speciesa by Scherbaled arenes

(2) A licence issued under subsection (1) shall-
(a) be in the specified formT!,

(b) specify the name and address of the hekler of the icence, (c) specify the quantity ami description of the scheduled specieș, (d) specify the conditiens, if any, subject te which it is issued; and

in the case of a iscence authorizing the import or export of 20y scheduled species also specify the period within which the importa- tion or exportation shall be effected.
(3) The Director may, on application to him and payment of the fee prescribed in the Fourth Schedule, renew a licence in possess a scheduled for controlled Species extend the period within which importation of exportacion of any medicine scheduled species is required to be effected, or otherwise vary a licence issued
under subsection (1).
Cancellation of licence
8. (1) The Director may at any time cancel a licence issued under section 7(1) if—
