The Department of the Environment have told have heard unofficially from the CITES Secretariat that six entered Reservations other countries apart from the UK have

2. Of these countries only China has a domestic market Large enough to help the African producers and Hong Kong.
3. The most notable omission from the list is Burundi which indicated at the CITES Conference that it was intending to enter a Reservation.
