COPYRIGHT (TAIWAN) ORDER 1990
ANNEX
Made under section 32 of the Copyright Act 1956, as extended to Hong Kong by the Copyright (Hong Kong) (Amendment) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990 No. 588), (the Governor being satisfied that, in respect of the matters provided for in this order, provision has been or will be made under the laws of the territory of Taiwan whereby adequate protection will be given to owners of copyright under the Act)

Citation and commencement
(1) This order may be cited as the Copyright (Taiwan) Order 1990.
This order shall come into operation on 1 August 1990.

Interpretation
In this order
"the Act" means the Copyright Act 1956;
"material time" means
(a)
(b)
in relation to an unpublished work or subject matter, the time at which such work or subject matter was made, or, if the making thereof extended over a period, a substantial part of that period; and
in relation to a published work or subject matter, the time of first publication.
