An Order in Council has been made, of which one copy is attached, entitled the Copyright (Hong Kong) (Amendment) Order 1990. You are requested to number it in accordance with regulation 3 of the Statutory Instruments Regulations 1947, and to insert the number in all copies of the instrument in this folder and at paragraph 4(i) of the letter to HMSO.
A certificate is attached showing that the instrument has been classified as general.

Copies of the instrument are to be printed and sold by The Queen's Printer of Acts of Parliament.
