opportunities here does depend on corporate strategy for both
investment and sales. Some will undoubtedly find greater attraction
in doing business elsewhere and this will vary from

I believe that one of the factors which may have put off UK
contractors and engineers in the example given in para 30 of the
paper were the unusually stringent conditions of contract in a buyers
market which are only just beginning to ease. I would take issue...
