SI 1977/825 provides that the Councillors, etc, on the Council referred to in Schedule D of the Second Amendment to the Articles of Agreement are entitled to certain privileges and immunities; it thus relates to an entirely different matter. Incidentally, we ought to check with UKDel IMF whether this Council was ever established; I believe it was not.
(E) I have no strong views, but the phrase concerned seems to me to be superfluous, indeed pointless, and I would have thought it was best omitted.
