Overseeing
The oversight of the production of vessels and equipment excluding
certain propriety items such as the Oto Melara Gun and its Depot Test
Equipment. The overseeing cost is calculated on the basis of 21% of
the value of those items to which it is applied.

Transport Costs
Comprising:
(1) Delivery of Ministry of Defence cupplied items to UK
Shipbuilder, calculated at 1% of the value of those items.
(2) Delivery of gun and depot test equipment, based on
actual costs.
(3) Transit of each vessel from UK to Hong Kong based on
actual costs.
Trials Cost
Cost of essential trials programme additional to C(7) above
conducted by Ministry of Defence (Navy) after acceptance of a vessel
from Shipbuilder.
