HONG KONG DEFENCE COST AGREEMENT (DCA) TALKS
I am pleased to be able to confirm that Monday 3 December 1990 is acceptable to the United Kingdom as the date for the next review meeting on the Hong Kong DCA.
An agenda for the meeting will be drawn up shortly between. our staffs. If there are any matters which the Hong Kong Government specifically wishes to discuss, perhaps your staff would let mine know as soon as possible.
