1. At the departmental morning meeting on 18 June you suggested that we institute a JLG progress chart. I said that we already had a chart of this kind, which I thought was prepared by HKG. I undertook to send you a copy.
2. The chart was infact prepared by Carma Elliot of this department and covers JLGs I to XI. I attach a copy.
This is clearly a useful document which we should keep up to date. I would be grateful if RAD could take on the task of filling in progress at JLGS XII-XV and future JLG meetings.
