Many thanks for your letter of 20 March. I have had Bim Davies fill out the form you gave Clinton Leeks when I was in London. This is now attached.
Once we have your clearance we are ready to offer Bim a firm appointment for this task. Grateful to have this clearance as soon as possible: also to know if Bim can see Tony Galsworthy's study at Chatham House (he is due to be in London in July I think, and would welcome a chance to look at it then).
