Target Completion Date
UK enactments conferring Admiralty jurisdiction in civil cases have been localised by the Supreme Court (Amendment) Ordinance 1989. A consultation paper on criminal aspects of Admiralty jurisdiction was handed over to the Chinese side on 29 November 1989. A draft bill and draft ExCo memorandum have been prepared.
