(Investigation of Accidents) Regulations. At JLG XII in March 1989, the British side proposed that, to enable useful progress to be made, a first stage Bill covering the aforementioned aspects should be made. Since then, expert talks have been held in March, April and December 1989 to clarify the scope of the first stage Bill. Meanwhile, drafting of the two sets of regulations and the principal legislation is underway.
