13. There are various other minor arrangements which will need to be made shortly before the meeting. We will need extra sets of telegrams for the Hong Kong team. They will also need passes. We will have to arrange for the Chinese to be met and escorted in the office. We will need to establish a seating plan for the Council Chamber once we have details of both delegations.
