1. You will recall that I raised with you the possibility of HKD borrowing your Department's conference room for the
use of the British Delegation at the forthcoming Joint Liaison Group meeting. We would require the room for the whole of the week in question.
2. I should be most grateful if you could confirm this
arrangement with other members of AMD and let me know if it causes any difficulties.
