5. I see from your telno visit 3 of 3 September to BTC Hong Kong (from Geddes) that you are planning for the party to attend a concert in the RFH on Friday 28 September at 19.30. This looks fine. Since both the British and Chinese delegations will be staying in London all week for the JLG meeting there will be no need to secure accommodation for the Category II visit party separately. It follows that the booking at St Ermine's Hotel (for 28 September?) can be cancelled. We will need to provide transport to and from the concert, and to the airport next morning, for the Chinese delegation (who will probably stay at the Chinese Embassy) and for the British delegation (who will be staying in different locations and will therefore need to meet at an agreed rendezvous).
