arrangements for the above meeting.

In addition to the names I supplied yesterday, the Chinese delegation will also include:

Mr Galsworthy, who leads the British delegation and who is a senior grade officer, has requested that a parking space for one car should be available in the FCO Courtyard for the use of the British delegation during the meeting
(ie 24-28 September).

I spoke to one of your colleagues last Friday who indicated that a space would be available. The licence number of the vehicle to be used is E814 WFC.
