JOINT LIAISON GROUP: 24-28 SEPTEMBER: EXTRA SETS OF TELEGRAMS FOR HKD

We spoke today. There will be nineteen delegates (from the Hong Kong Government and posts) based in HKD next week for the above meeting, who will each require a set of telegrams. I should therefore be grateful if you could arrange for HKD to receive 19 extra sets for the whole of next week.

The extra sets need not include telegrams on which HKD is not top copy (you may wish, for example, not to include telegrams on the Iraq/Kuwait distribution).
