2. Please find the enclosed annotated drawing which shows a possible layout for the security of the reduced Confidential area.
3. You may also wish to consider resiting the modified Oxford door in the position currently occupied by the DGP(0) opposite Rm313 to act as a fire escape route.
4. With reference to paragraph 7.
a) Given that another office is already housed above the Confidential area, we consider it acceptable that they may also be housed below.
b)
A team expect to visit Post in August this year to remove most of the ID from the third floor. That which will remain only concerns the door to the rear spiral stairs.
