1. Thank you for your minute of 12 June. Prompted by your minute, I have prodded the people concerned about their possible interest in the spare space in the St John's Building. Their response is that they would raise no objection to the proposal to rent the space out to the Hong Kong Government. They are not in a position to take advantage of the space themselves at this stage.
