Door No 21a form new standard size door opening and provide and hang new door and frame to match
Door No 19 including hardware and all making good.
Door No 40 Take off cardkey system access control and all associated electrical fittings, make good to all disturbed surfaces.

Door No 40
Provide and fix 2 No 200mm barrel bolts to the inside face of the door.
Door No 16 Take down door and frame and set aside. Provide and fix new frame into existing opening with 50mm thick solid Core flush door hung to open in and 32mm stand flush door hung to open out. Door finish to match existing doors. Doors to be fitted with mortice latches and level handle furniture to match existing fittings.
Door No 5. Take down heavy duty steel door and frame and set aside. Provide and fix new door and frame to match similar fire escape doors including hardware and decorative finish. Provide purpose made robust packing case and pack the heavy duty steel door, previously removed, deliver and deposit the packed door as directed.
General. The offices are occupied and will remain so during the work period.
Noisy works may need to be restricted to defined periods. Protective covers and screens etc will be required to protect existing finishes. All disturbed surfaces are to be made good to match those existing and all arisings are to be removed at the close of each work period.
