I have the honour, on instructions from

Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to refer to the Convention concerning Customs Facilities for Touring, the Additional Protocol thereto relating to the Importation of Tourist Publicity Documents and Material and the Customs Convention on the Temporary Importation of Private Road Vehicles, which were opened for signature at New York on the 4th of June, 1954, and to declare that the said, Conventions and Protocol shall extend to Hong Kong in accordance with the Provisions of Article 19 of the Convention concerning Customs Facilities for Touring, Article 13 of the Additional Protocol thereto relating to the Importation of Tourist Publicity Documents and Material, and Article 38 of the Customs Convention on the Temporary Importation of Private Road Vehicles.
