As a result of resolutions passed at general sessions and executive committee meetings of this Committee, an Expert Consultation has been called on Plant Quarantine.
I enclose a copy of the invitation and provisional agenda.
I explained our attitude to APPPC in a minute to Mr Cannon of HKD dated 14 February 1990, and in a subsequent minute to Mr Sambridge.
As I am still receiving papers related to APPPC, I should appreciate your sending me responses to these minutes ie: Departmental interests, if any, in the activities of APPPC and in its findings.
